BISTRO
The heart of The Wilton, our Bistro brings people together over generous, seasonal food in a relaxed setting overlooking Bingara Gorge Golf Course. From dry-aged steaks and wood-fired pizzas and pub classics, there’s something for everyone.
LOUNGE BAR
Located beside the Bistro, the Lounge Bar is your go-to for cocktails, premium wines and easy catch-ups. With comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere, it’s perfect for pre-dinner drinks, casual bites or settling in for the evening.
VERANDAH
Overlooking the 18th hole, the Verandah offers sweeping golf course views and a true destination feel. Flowing off the Bistro and Lounge Bar, it’s the perfect spot for sunset drinks, post-golf celebrations or simply soaking in the scenery.
BEER GARDEN
