Located in the stunning surroundings of Bingara Gorge Golf Course, The Wilton will feature a family-friendly bistro and bar, a spacious outdoor kids’ play area, an inviting beer garden, dedicated sports bar, verandah overlooking the Golf Course and premium facilities for special events and celebrations.
Following the completion of stage one, The Wilton will see the expansion of facilities to include boutique accommodation, premium conferencing and wedding facilities, further elevating The Wilton as a premier lifestyle destination in the region.

BISTRO
The heart of The Wilton, our Bistro brings people together over generous, seasonal food in a relaxed setting overlooking Bingara Gorge Golf Course. From dry-aged steaks and fire-pit carvery to wood-fired pizzas and pub classics, there’s something for everyone.
LOUNGE BAR
Located beside the Bistro, the Lounge Bar is your go-to for cocktails, premium wines and easy catch-ups. With comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere, it’s perfect for pre-dinner drinks, casual bites or settling in for the evening.
VERANDAH
Overlooking the 18th hole, the Verandah offers sweeping golf course views and a true destination feel. Flowing off the Bistro and Lounge Bar, it’s the perfect spot for sunset drinks, post-golf celebrations or simply soaking in the scenery.
BEER GARDEN
Our Beer Garden overlooks the kids’ play area, making it ideal for families and group gatherings. With direct access to the Lounge Bar, it’s a relaxed outdoor space to enjoy great food, cold drinks and easy afternoons in the fresh air.
